We’re looking for an experienced team member focusing on systematically creating and scaling new companies by providing capital, expertise, resources and strategic support to develop business ideas from ideation to launch and growth. Responsibilities include identifying promising business concepts, assembling and leading cross-functional teams, securing funding, providing shared services (like legal, financial and HR), implementing lean methodologies for product development, validating market needs, managing the growth of multiple ventures simultaneously, and the design, development, testing and maintenance of software applications.
- –Ideation & Validation: Identifying and developing compelling business ideas, validating market needs, and refining business models.
- –Team Building: Assembling and leading expert teams with the diverse skills needed to build and launch a venture, potentially working with internal teams or external entrepreneurs.
- –Fundraising: Securing capital and other resources necessary for the venture's growth and success.
- –Product & Business Development: Thought leading with own original ideas and overseeing product development using methods like the Lean Startup and Agile software development and designing innovative business models.
- –Strategic Support: Providing strategic direction, conducting market research, analyzing data, and supporting the overall execution of projects.

- –Software Testing and Debugging: Conducting manual and automated testing to identify and resolve software defects and issues. Focusing on optimizing software for speed, scalability, and overall performance.
- –Requirements Gathering: Working with stakeholders to understand user needs and gathering feedback for software improvements.
- –5+ years' experience in building and shipping products end-to-end, as a consultant, founder, early-stage operator or technical lead in a high-growth environment.

We’re looking for a key member of the operations team responsible for supporting and streamlining the company's day-to-day administrative and operational functions, who will help build and shape the operational backbone of the studio. The role involves streamlining the company's day-to-day administrative and operational functions, across office, financial and people operations. You will work closely with the management team to establish and maintain operational structures and processes, ensuring the studio operates smoothly and efficiently.
- –Operational Support: Supporting the implementation of internal processes and operational improvements to increase efficiency across teams. Assisting with ad hoc projects and operational tasks as directed by the COO or senior leadership.
- –Office Operations: Ensuring the office environment is well-organized, functional and equipped to support day-to-day operations, resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Managing the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and devices, and maintaining an inventory of office assets.
- –Financial Operations: Managing day-to-day financial administrative tasks, including processing invoices, tracking payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and liaising with the company's accountants.
- –Executive Assistance: Providing direct administrative support to senior leadership.
- –People Operations: Supporting the on- and offboarding of colleagues, internal communication, team wellbeing and logistics.
- –Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Overseeing vendor agreements, building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and service providers, ensuring quality of service.

- –3+ years' experience in office- or financial operations, workplace coordination, founder's associate, or a similar operations support role.
